Why no “buy direct” button
The paperback is printed and shipped on demand through IngramSpark’s global network. Ingram does not yet offer a direct consumer purchase link, so every paperback sale routes through one of the retailers above. The same is true for the ebook — each store hosts its own DRM-protected listing, so the buy link is theirs, not ours.
